This is an EMail application, written in Java so it
will run on Windows, Linux or Mac machines.
The application reads and downloads email from online accounts so the email can then be viewed offline.
Emails from multiple online accounts are merged on the screen, they can be searched by subject and sender, and displayed by sender.
This short video shows the app in action, selecting and then showing an email.
The application has a small footprint on the screen, meant to be left in the corner to view incoming mail.

Establish base:

After several months work an email application was born, able to read and save email from multiple online accounts.

Ease of Connection:

The application needs only a username and password to setup access to online email accounts from Google, Hotmail, Windows Live, and AOL..

Mail merged from accounts:

EMail is merged from accounts, but can easily be reorganized by Sender or receiving account. It is updated dynamically on the screen when it arrives. It is easy to set up time intervals for automatically checking for new mail.

Colours for selected items:

This is purely a choice to enable it to be clear what is being selected...

Search using subject or sender address:

A quick search is available using the email subject or the sender address. This produces resulting list of mail or senders respectively which can then be acessed.

Future features such as each Sender programmed with different features.:

It is possible to remove from display emails that are spam or no longer needed.

Linked images treatment:

Linked images are cached for use offline. In the EMail display only a limited number of images are shown. To view the complete page set in Account options view in HTML in browser. This will automatically activate your browser and display. If your browser has tabs each email will show in a new tab.

Account Options:

The options allow automatic reading of online accounts at different time intervals and display of html pages in a browser.
